Sonoma HR, led by veteran consultant Jennifer Scott, offers expert advice and support to help businesses navigate the complexities of human resources and employment requirements. Jennifer consults in all areas of HR, most often in employee relations, difficult terminations, accommodations/leaves and audits. Other areas of particular expertise include staff assessments, policy/handbook development and advice, HR set up, job design/staffing structure, compensation and all back office HR (leaves, workers comp, benefits, etc.). Jennifer was a senior consultant with The HR Matrix for over ten years prior to starting her own firm and has additional decades of experience in HR/Administration/Accounting, in both corporate and small business settings.
In addition to HR consulting, Jennifer offers general business operations support including desk audits, office/accounting set-up/workflow, communication design & professional editing (including books), and guidance for Boards of Directors.
